Simply Serviced

First time using Simply Serviced. I was able to book online and they sent texts/ emails to confirm bookings. I had my brake fluid serviced and a health check done. I was running a little late due to traffic, rang up to let them know and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful.On walking into this garage I felt incredibly at ease. I someone who actually finds garages intimidating places but this place is welcoming and very friendly. It’s not your usual run of the mill place it’s very polished and stylish inside the staff are all friendly and informative. It’s a place you can trust when you walk in. I will use them again for sure for my next service.

First time using simply serviced after years of using main ford dealership.Mot , serviced and front discs and pads replaced all for quoted price.Add to that, the car was collected and delivered. Excellent service would recommend. Takes out all the hassle associated with car maintenance.

I have been using Simply Serviced for many years, they are a very good garage with friendly & helpful staff. They have always done any repairs on my car for a very good price & the work has always been excellent. They go the extra mile for there customers & I would highly recommend them for MOT’S, servicing & any repairs you require. Great company & great people

I used Simply Serviced for my MOT. The online booking service was easy to use and the reception and garage staff were polite and business like. The Reception area is clean and neat in appearance. This is the first time that I had used this garage, but my experience was good and I would consider using this garage again.

Absolutely above and beyond what I expect from a garage. I broke down with a battery warning light on in Sainsburys car park. I googled a local garage and walked to Simply serviced in the hope to get a new battery ( The AA told me they would be about 4 hours! Lee offered to drive me back and fit the a new battery. After fitting the battery I was on my way.Well done Lee and the team. I highly recommend them.

Great service. All the staff are friendly and polite. Car has been in for repair on three different occasions for different faults for repair. Each time I have been informed about the faults and the repair plan. I'm kept up to date on the progress. Great service.
