After five years of leasing a property, GP Horsham showed their true colours as archetypal greedy agents. A real shame as the property and neighbours were fantastic. Would not recommend a rental experience with them. Slow to respond to issues, poor customer service generally and totally interested in making any extra penny they could.

We bought our property through Gascoigne-Pees and even though they were not our selling agent they completely went above and beyond to help the sales process go through smoothly.The Team at Gascoigne-Pees were entirely professional, quick to respond to queries and regularly provided us with advice.Jason, in particular was excellent. Although no plans to move , as we love our new home, I would definitely look to use GP in future.

I came to Horsham looking for a one bed flat to rent as I start a new job in September and went into a few estate agents. When I met Charlotte, she was very bubbly but still professional which put me at ease! She managed to find me a 2 bed flat which I loved instantly even if I did have to bring my mum round to it! Charlottes manner and personality made the whole process so easy and I will be moving in within the month! I can’t thank Charlotte enough, even when I was being a pain emailing her constantly!

They sold the house within a week and chased the chain relentlessly until completion so they did all the hard work for us

We had only just started our search for a new home and fortunately we found it after just viewing 3 houses. After approaching a number of other agents to arrange viewings and being very disappointed with the lack of response to requests to make viewing appointments, it was refreshing to meet Sarah Pearce, who quickly arranged 2 house viewings for us. From the start she was very professional but friendly and me and my partner both felt reassured by her knowledge and advise given. Thankfully, we are now in the process of buying our new home and can't thank Sarah and her colleagues enough for their help, advise and support.
