Terrible experience. Ordered and paid for 15 footballs - only received 12. Contacted them but totally ignored. Have had to claim refund from credit card company.Will never use again.

Having a really bad previous experience with another kit provider, dealing with Team Sport Direct was something else. From the first contact they were great: they've answered all my queries regarding stock and turnaround. Exchanged a few emails and phone calls pre and post-ordering to confirm everything (£900 worth of kit) and in the end I got everything in time and, most importantly, without missing items or messed up printing. Will definitely continue working with them for our football club.

I ordered some training tops and rain jackets, and some additional kits.Now I class myself as a nightmare customer. Like everyone this time of year I was chasing and also changing bits of my order.Kieran and the team were amazing and very helpful and professional.Answered all of my calls and emails promptly.I don't usually leave reviews but I wanted to say what an amazing job Team Sport Direct team have done.

Extremely poor customer service!No ETA given when placed the order, then when I chased up about delivery times my order was cancelled as per my request" - I have never asked them to cancel the order but only made an inquiry about delivery times! Ended up with having no present for my brothers birthday

I cannot recommend team sport highly enough. Orders are easy to place online and arrive in line with the timescales that are promised.A strong selection of brands and the goods that arrive are perfectly correct and the variety of sizes are all spot on.When I wanted to amend an order mid-process, the customer service was excellent and changes were made smoothly and easily with one phone call.This is a great service. I have used them for several team orders now and will continue to make them my go-to provider.
