Machine broken. App doesn’t show an active session. Customer service doesn’t pick up the phone after 30 mins waiting. Chat system is unstaffed too. Can only assume the company has ceased trading?

Daughters car stolen from there Mon 23rd middle of the day, it says report to NCP immediately which she did and got zero help. Paying for parking where you should expect at least 1 security guard but there isn't one ? Do not use.

Too tight turn when exiting out of car park. Ended up denting my car because of how tight turn the exit was. If your looking for high risk in denting your car I recommend this place.

The car park itself is ok, nothing special. NCP have only built it recently, but could not be bothered to install any charge points, which is a real shame.

Convenient for Uni, but DO NOT PARK outside of the bay markings AT ANY TIME, you will recieve a fine.

Did the job I wanted it to do. Easy access and good size spaces. You don't have to pay until you exit though you can only pat by card which makes it a little time consuming when there is a long queue.
