I joined Sonning from another local club, a few years ago. It’s a lovely club, with a wide range of ability men’s and women’s teams, I wish I’d moved sooner. The club also has a great social calendar.

Really great friendly club, with reasonable fees, welcoming to new members, strong men's, women's and colt's sections. Has the use of a good clubhouse with a very reasonably priced bar. Lots of social activities and very encouraging and supportive to younger members.

I joined 6 years ago having not played for a few years. Sonning Hockey Club is a local and super friendly hockey club that plays a good standard of hockey across both mens and womens teams, there is a team for all age and ability. There is a great social atmosphere in the club with regular events during the season. Membership prices are also excellent. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to play continue playing hockey or even get back into Hockey!

I joined about 7 years ago when I first moved to this area and I think it is a brilliant hockey club. Competitive hockey is played at various levels and it is also a very sociable club. New players for the ladies', men's and colts' sections are always welcome!

I joined Sonning Hockey Club from another club nearby and haven't regretted my decision since, I've been a member for 12 years and counting. Sonning Hockey Club is a great club with a good mix of competitive hockey and being sociable afterwards. The clubhouse holds its own club social each month which are always a huge success. If you are looking for a reasonably priced membership for a fun club then look nowhere else! Not to forget but we also host a Festival each year which clubs from up and down the UK come to.

Fantastic club that plays a good standard of hockey across the teams - while also being a brilliant social hub and a wonderfully fun atmosphere. Membership prices are also excellent. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to play hockey - especially graduates!
