Alan was very very helpful when I locked myself out of my car, then battery was flat and he started it and checked the battery.A totally professional person whom a would recommend. I have just moved to the area and he will be my garage of choice from now onwards

BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO ALAN. HES TOTALLY RIPPED ME OFF FOR £2400 .BAD WORKMANSHIP, WOULDN'T RELEASE MY CAR UNTIL I PAID HIM EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT FINISHED EVEN THOUGH HE HAD FOR NEARLY 7 MONTHS.!!!!!NOW HES BLOCKED MY NUMBER IGNORING ME .GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.!!!!!

Had the engine warning light come up on my Mercedes C Class and it was not straight forward issue to resolve. The warning light didn't actually highlight the problem.It was only through Richard's knowledge and expertise that we got to the bottom of it and now my car runs like it was new. And nice not to see that warning light come on.I could tell from speaking with Richard in the first instance how knowledgable he was. This guy knows his way around an engine, for sure. Especially the C class.Thanks Richard.

Not Covid-19 friendly as not using any form of face cover and not adhering to social distancing rule when dealing with customer . No manners with customer, using swear words as a reply when I pointed out that the prices are high and when I told him he wasn't wearing a mask. The particular staff who fixed my vehicle ,called Alan, was very abusive .

I have used this garage for the past 5 or 6 years and would not go anywhere else - very good service, very friendly and not a rip off. Would recommend them to anyone and everyone !

Was told I needed work doing on the car in order for it to pass an MOT. They completely butchered the job, they broke a part and then tried to charge me to replace it, hadn't completed everything that they was supposed to have done and gave the car back to us in an unsafe condition. After being messed about we took it straight to another local garage where they fixed it and charged the bill to A1. Avoid at all costs!

Great friendly service. Always honest in their approach and will go way out of their way to help.I have used A1 for years. They have looked after my Audi Rs4 for 10 years and have saved me a fortune compared to Audi rip off service charges. I would totally recommend.They do a cracking cuppa as well!!
