Pets at Home Greenford

I am utterly disappointed with the emergency service provided by Pets at Home. Despite my dog requiring urgent attention, the receptionist seemed disinterested and refused to book an emergency appointment. This lack of compassion and care has left me deeply dissatisfied with the level of service. The primary reason for their refusal was due to us having the vaccination administered elsewhere and lacking the relevant medical records

A big thank you to Connor and the team in Greenford. Connor helped my daughter and I consider introducing a hamster to our family. He took his time to educate us about keeping a hamster safe, healthy and happy. He clearly cares about the animals in his care and wants to make sure they are homed properly.A real credit to his team, company and profession.

Fairly large store with plenty of parking with in the shopping centre. However the entire car park can often be full so go early. The store , although large is often out of stock on various items. Cat food variety is very limited on top brands. The staff at Greenford branch are rude don't try to help. We usually go to Ruislip branch as it's easier to park and has far better stock levels and variety with caring staff.

Very helpful and knowledgeable assistant, should have taken her name. She made my shopping experience very pleasant as I was not sure what to buy to demat my pet. Her advice was very informative.

My boyfriend and I had another fantastic experience at the fish store today in Greenford.This was our second visit, and just like the first time when Connor served us, we received exceptional service. Connor went out of his way to provide us with detailed advice on setting up our first aquarium, which was immensely helpful since we were beginners.Today, when we returned to buy more fishes, Riam took the time to educate us about caring for shrimp and snails, as well as maintaining clean water conditions. Their knowledge and willingness to share information were truly impressive.We are very pleased with the expertise and assistance we've received from the staff at this store. It's evident that they are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about their customers' success in the world of aquariums. We look forward to more visits and expanding our aquatic family thanks to their guidance.Amazing customer service.

Bad service! I asked my mum to pickup some pet supplies for my cat due to being ill and in bed, I sent her my membership card details with a coupon to use and whilst the store were happy to scan my membership (obviously as this helps them collect more data on what I buy) they refused to scan the voucher saying I needed to be there in person! Absolutely disgusted by this! Next time, I will be less considerate of other people’s health and just come into the store and infect everyone in the store with Covid, seeing as you need me to be present for something as stupid as scanning a voucher that I’ve clearly sent across to my mum! What a way to go the extra mile for your customer!!

Unhelpful staff and highly overpriced,Big turnaround of vets and not very reassuring would never return

I went in here as I was in the area. I tend to find I spend a lot on my pooch, as he is so adorable.Even though I had never been here before, I was able to find everything I needed without asking a member of staff. Having said that, the staff generally have their own pets and love to chat with you about theirs and yours. This was car on this branch.The bonus is you can take your dog in with you.

Gerbils, hamsters and rabbits on view. Great that you can stick around for feeding times after school hours @4pm. Wide range of equuipment in stock for many species. The live crickets and worms are always fascinating. Friendly and helpful staff. Range of fish is limited. Wide aisles. Calm clean atmosphere.
