Pizza , fries and Coke took 1 hour 30 mins to deliver . Told when telephoned twice that it was due to traffic in Silsden - drove down there and no traffic . Clearly they forgot to do my order and then just lied about the traffic. When food arrived pizza like warm and notCooked properly, fries cold and soggy and undercooked . Shame as used to be so good .

The delivery was twice as long as they first told me. The food was greasy and disgusting, probably worst pizzas I've ever had. When I called after ordering they wouldn't answer my call. Never in my life have I felt the need to brush my teeth to get rid of the taste of my food...tonight was a first.I wouldn't feed this food to an animal

Amazing food as always! I messed up tonight moved address and didn’t realise until the driver called! Called the restaurant they were more than happy to go get my food and bring it to me even though it was my mess up! Amazing food and service always good!!!

Would like to express our thanks to Westy and apologise for the bad review After last weeks order was late and arrived cold. He personally contacted me and apologised and we have just had a delivery which he delivered himself at no cost. He apologised for the mistake and it was appreciated that he did that. Not many business owners would have done that. Thank you again. We will still be coming back.

The food arrived cold, the order wasn’t what we had asked for and when calling to complain the staff were extremely rude. Denying the food was cold, wouldn’t accept responsibility or give an apology making the phone call extremely stressful, causing an unnecessary argument.Wouldn't mind but we only live 1.3 miles away, took 1 hour 35 minutes to come!
