Only place I could get my baby boys prescription medication from in the local area having tried 4 other pharmacies in Hull. This was on a Sunday too. Thank you for helping us get what we needed for our little one. Very polite & friendly girl served me

Tried to get my three year olds antibiotics tonight, I got there at 8.55 to find it shut early! Now my babies going without medicine that she needs asap! Not happy at all!

Won't serve you if you have a bicycle, so you have to leave it outside to get stolen. Because having a bicycle is a danger to them when they're behind a window? Ridiculous.Edit in reply: I've been served at least 8 times in the past year having a bike with me, so there's zero consistency. When I asked the staff member if there's somewhere to lock it I was just told to leave it outside. Lost not only me as a customer but my partner too. Repeat prescription has been moved. Your staff need training on how to speak to paying customers

The pharmacy is okay, maybe a bit too generous, giving it 4 Stars!This part of Hull is a desert, loads of shut down shops and desperate desperate if you want a bite to eat! Only a Burger joint across a busy road junction, so have a snack before visiting this area, unless you prefer a (greasy!) Burger!

Not open when supposed to be open. Had to ring 111 back which took 2 hours to get the prescription moved to different pharmacy as needed this prescription tonight. About 4 other people also walked up to this pharmacy as I was there and had the same issue - NOT OPEN

Prescription sent from my doctors at around 4:30, I arrived at the pharmacy at 5:00 and it was ready! Do Lloyds have to go on special training courses to learn how to take 2days to count 12 pills into a packet?Highly recommended.
