Aquaforce 2009 Ltd. Damp Proofing Building Work Belfast

Over the years I’ve had the following work carried out at my home from Aquaforce; new windows and doors, en-suite creation and fit out, skylights installed, walls taken down, extension, and electrical works. No hesitation in recommending their work.

Untidy, workforce passing themselves of as skilled tradesmen, proceed with caution ⚠️

I would give 0 stars if possible - don't go with this company if you want work done anytime soon. Rang for them to do a damp proof course in my kitchen, took 10% deposit right away, they then said they would contact me with a date. 3 weeks, 9 phonecalls telling me they'll ring me back later I finally got a date. The following day I was contacted and told they couldn't do this date as one of the workers was attending a funeral so it would be the following day. I was rang the day before the original date and asked if they could call out to look at the work that day(very unprofessional to ring the day before to look at the job you are doing the following day). I told them I wasn't in and that they had changed that date to the next day as someone was going to a funeral on the 1st date? I said I didn't know if anyone could be in at such short notice and they asked if I could leave a key?! Catch yourself on! They called out the next day, my dad was in and left saying they'd be there in the morning at 8:30am. They phoned me at 4:30pm to say they wouldn't be able to get the kitchen counters off without breaking them and id need new ones, which would push the date again. They were quick to send out a kitchen designer they know the following morning who quoted me £850. Family members managed to get the counters off the wall intact so I phoned them 3 days later to say I needed a new quote and date for them to do the damp proofing only as everything else had been done. They said they would phone me back, they didn't. I phoned the next day looking the same, said they would phone me back in an hour - they didn't! Honestly they messed about from day 1 and I would suggest not using them if you want the work done. The only thing they done on time was give me my refund! Absolute nightmare to find someone to do the work at short notice when my kitchen was already out.
