I have had very bad experiences with letting agents in the past but must say that Carmen has demonstrated what the profession should be like.As a Landlord I feel she more than earns the commission charged and she seems to maintain good relationships with our tenants as well.

FPS have made moving into our new home so straight forward and stress free.
