Ordered a wee anniversary treat form here this week. Quoted 1 hour 10 minutes delivery and it took 1 hour 45 mins.When it did turn up the order was incorrect and the chips were inedible. They were rubbery and overcooked.Raised this with Scoffable and got a cheeky response about coming back to inspect the food much later in the evening.I took pictures and sent them.Atrocious that after ordering many meals on scoffable, Great Wall deemed us untrustworthy.A shocking customer service and experience.

Tried ordering via just eat. Made a simple request to change the peking sauce to black bean sauce with my crispy beef. Was called and told it isn’t possible.Customer service at its worst. Will never use this takeaway again.

Just had the worst chinese food ever! Ordered Sweet & Sour Chicken with chips: the chicken was undercooked, the sauce was disgusting and the chips were not cooked properly, also swallowed up by the sauce because they serve it all together. Money thrown away: avoid!

I'm rating a 1 cos I have to in order to leave a review. I have previously ordered from this Chinese with no complaints but when I ordered tonight my order was declined, I was livid as I had no idea why it would be declined but I've since discovered because I'm further away but still within the delivery mileage they obviously thought it wasn't worthwhile because they were busy or whatever. Needless to say I will NOT be ordering from them again!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Delivery driver couldn't find our address that we haven't had had a problem with before. Driver rang us and I give very clear directions. Called the main shop and asked for an update. They said they would call back but didn't. Called them again and they said we would have to order again as they had refunded us as they couldn't find the address. We regularly get take aways and this has never been as issue. Shambolic to day the lest

First time ordering tonight, not what I was expecting but the chowmein dishes has a lot more ingredients than I am used to, and thick noodles, but, very very tasty. although the galic chicken was a bit lacking/anemic in look and flavour, still, I'll be back to try something else soon. :)

Absolutely shocking ! My only advice, dont bother !!!! Awful food, ages to arrive and completely inedible once finally arrived. Restaurant not interested in our complaint and Just eat nigh on useless !!!Save yourself the bother and avoid thid place like the plague, cos it is the pits !!!! Both been sick as dogs since consuming this food"

Ordered from here a few times and it’s been decent, just ordered spare ribs and they were fantastic, however £2.50 for 2 tiny spring rolls has put me off, normally order from a different place and they’re massive, these are closer to the mini ones in size

I am so angry. We have been regular customers here for a long time. We ordered our usual, it arrived two hours later: overcooked, cold, over salted, watery and just so disappointing. I can accept all of that, everybody has an off day. What has left me utterly disgusted is the joke of customer service we received. As soon as we realised the food was cold we called and explained the situation. I didn't expect much in the way of rectification, but the woman I spoke to on the first call was dismissive and said a manager would call us back. This all happened yesterday and after getting sick of waiting we called them back. Only to be screamed at by the most ignorant woman I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with, then hung up on. We called back only to be shouted at by another staff member, who horrifyingly idetified himself as the boss, I sincerely hope he was lying. I am appalled and can promise not I, nor any friend of mine, will ever be eating from this joke of a dumpster fire again.
