Worst milk rounds ever. Either they will forget half of your order or they won't deliver at all. When you pause your order they still charge for that week even if you don't have things delivered. When you start the online chat, no advisor is ever available and you're told by a bot that advisor will be in touch with you in 48 hours via email. Horrendous approach to costumers, unreliable services, charging for things you've stopped taking. Do not recommend

Harassing company - knocked the door on 3 occasions today, each time ignored because we don’t want overpriced milk. It’s such a cold calling bullying tactic to keep knocking. They come round almost every other month; funnily enough we still don’t want to buy stupid expensive milk!We’ve seen them speeding round the estate at 12am delivering milk, they wake us up every time with how much they rev so we’re collating the cctv footage to report. If you like your neighbours then avoid!

If you don’t respond to any of my requests to cancel my order with you, I will come to your office to return the ‘produce’ you ‘delivered’ (hence reason for cancelling, attached is just one example, there are more). I’d make a joke about how I can understand that it is possible for a request to be ‘pasteurised’ but given you’d have to know what milk is to understand it, I won’t bother.Udder disgrace (another pun, again, you wouldn’t get it).Seriously, can I have my money back that you keep taking?

Uses a very loud diesel engined truck to deliver to my neighbourhood at early morning hours. Engine just idles away outside my house for ages while the guy delivers to the surrounding homes. This wakes me and probably most of the street. Not very modern or environmentally friendly given that milkmen in the 80s used quiet electric milk floats.

Came to my door twice and tried to trick us into ordering when I clearly stated we did not want to purchase anything today but are happy to look into it they proceeded to push for us to buy and tried to click checkout on our app for us to purchase items. Very unprofessional and weird men at the door. Think they need to look at getting better staff :) will not be ordering because of this

Was sold a service that doesn't exist. App and web page not very responsive. Banner told me my card details were incorrect but payment had been taken and I wasn't able to amend or add a new card.The chat facility just creates an email chain u don't actually speak to anyone unless they email you or u call.Ordered a loaf of sourdough bread was nice, a little firm but you only get half of a loaf, not a full loaf.Products are expensive, our previous milkman was cheaper with less hassle.Very disappointed cancelled my account after 1 delivery.Customer service was very good but shouldn't have been necessary.

Be careful signing up to this. It's impossible to leave! You have to pick a product to be the one you want each week and then you can't change this. I've tried to leave, had the confirmation that my account is closed, yet they are still delivering and taking money. The only way I can avoid this is by pausing my order every week!

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY***It’s a scam that basically traps you into paying for products you no longer want. You cannot cancel any of your orders no matter how much you try. The app doesn’t work, there is no number to call (all on purpose to make it impossible to cancel). Emails seem to bounce back and the chat bot doesn’t even work. I’m reporting them as they can’t continue to get away with it.

We have been using the modern milkman for around 5 months now. It started off with just eggs. Then bread, then coffee, then rolls. We absolutely love it. Everything tastes so much better, you're helping out a local farmer and the convince of being able to add/cancel whenever you want it fab. Would definitely recommend!
