City Centre Recruitment

I'm a young business owner approaching my first year of being self-employed. There's certainly been slow months during our first year of trading... I applied with City Centre recruitment summer time last year asking for extra shifts, night shifts, cleaning etc. whatever they had really.Not only did I receive a very warm welcome, they were able to give me work the week I applied. Andy in particular is fantastic! He seems to be my go-to guy. After the first couple weeks, he was aware I was often available on weekends so would regularly call me every few days to check how I am and offer work!I applied with bout 4 recruitment agencies. Not only were City Centre the only agency that actually gave me work... they are the only agency that seemed to care. Highly recommended! THANK YOU city centre

I arrived in Bournemouth in October 2018, and since that date I am working with the company without any inconvenience. They pay on time, they pay for vacations and I have a stable job ... Alexandra Melinte is a great person and helps all the people who can give her a job regardless of language, race or age. I am very grateful to the company for its good treatment towards me and for giving me work during all this time.

Great agency, it's always there for a quick employment during difficult times in life. Andy in the office is especially kind and helpful, he's there to assist every step of the way. Keep up the good work.

Extremely unorganized and unprofessional. I was going to be helping out at a festival for bar work. Came in, fill the paperwork out and tho I didn't have a passport and no ID for the job which it took them until 5pm (Thursday) to call me saying I couldn't go as it was needed which by this point I had everything ready as I had to be at the pick up point from 7am (Friday). Fine not completely there fault but was then offered a Saturday bar job which I said I'd take (this still being Thursday) was told I would have the information sent to me and still have had no contact from them.While sat in the office, there was talks of personal information documents of a client had gone missing as someone had just left it lying around.Needless to say I will not be returning to them at all. Very disappointing.From here on his a reply to the reply I received.I watched a woman walk in (which I guess was the boss or area manager) and say where it was, the lady at the desk had NO IDEA were it was and was looking around for it say and I quote, I left it there.. or over there" and was then looking around for it. Please DO NOT make me out to be a lair. As for the bar work I understood about the festival work but it would have been nice to receive even a text or email saying the work didn't come through

Work in the past with them. They helped me to get a permanent job, in which I am currently for a year. Now I use their services, and I feel very well. I recommend them to be employers as a service company.

Really helpfull people, they find you whatever you need, any type of hospitality job. They are proactive and keep us very busy. Alexandra really helps you and she is really nice and professional and always finds you something to do

I came to England 1 year ago and after some unpleasant experiences, someone recommended City Center to me. That's where I met nice and helpful people.If you really want to find a job and have professionalism, good communication, respect, help from nice people I recommend this agency.In particular, Alexandra is amazing, it helped me a lot to work all the time and finally to be permanently employed by one of the companies where I initially worked sent by City Center.Thank you nice people!
