After paying £621 pounds for apex to make a booking to get the work booked in we had to keep chasing them for a date by email and phone.Eventually we got a date some 2x months after paying then,and the job was delayed by 1x week again after we chased then as no one showed up.the guys done a good job from what I can see and were very polite and kept our property clean and removed all rubbish but time will tell if the job has cured the leak as we haven't had rain since the repair.We paid in full the account and emailed them the same and asked if they could tell us when the scaffold will be taken down - after 2x emails to them they seem to be ignoring as they have there money perhaps in hindsight we should have held back on paying them till the scaffold is taken down.l dont complain very much and give people the benefit of the sought but,DONT THINK I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE VERY POOR AT LIASON WITH THERE CUSTOMER.

Failed to turn up on the day work was due to start with no communication to that effect - frustrating as we had taken time off to be there for the work. When we queried this we were told to wait another 3 weeks. However we were grateful that in the end they managed to squeeze us in between jobs the same week. The guys who came were hardworking and polite. We appreciate that the weather makes start dates difficult to predict but better communication could have solved that.

I have to say I was very pleased by Apex Roofing services. Mark and his team did a very good job and also gave me really good advices .My roof was leaking and was in a very poor condition in some areas Mark took his times to show me the issues and also took pictures of the areas. The job was done in a few days.I had to call him back as there was another leak but Mark fixed the issue in a matter of hours !I would highly recommend Apex Roofing for their professionalism and good quality of work.

We have been very pleased with the guttering work carried out by Apex. Mark, Elliott and Kieran did a great job of replacing our leaky gutters and they were professional, respectful and polite as well. We selected Apex roofing principally because of their ability to undertake multiple tasks (gutter repairs and cleaning, chimney re-pointing and a tile replacement) within a single job specification. We were also impressed by their policy commitment to good health and safety practices.Work was completed satisfactorily by Mark Kay and his team who were hard working, informative and friendly throughout.The only negative associated with this experience was poor communication in connection with expected and actual starting dates, scaffolding delivery etc. These issues were discussed with and agreed by Mark Kay and, hopefully, improvements can be implemented to further improve an otherwise excellent service.

Thank you so much for repairing and realigning our gutters. We had a very poor job done by another company who refused to come and fix it. You showed how an actual professional company can quickly and efficiently carry out the works required.We can now sleep at night and the house isn't being damaged by water any more. We will use you again if needed.

The workment did a fantastic job stripping the old roof off my garage and replaced with a single rubber membrane. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend them as a roofing company and would use them again for any other roofing problems.

The work was carried out as planned and was of a high standard. The roofers were both polite and respectful of our house and left the area they had worked in as they found it.

Can't fault them. Some tiles had slipped on our garage roof requiring, as it turned out, the whole roof to be rebuilt. Apex did a good job and finished (including removal of scaffolding) by the date we gave them.

Had Apex Roofing service, in to have a look at our chimney flashing, as we were experiencing damp on the ceiling. Also some guttering needed attention. They were very prompt to come & have a look & provide us with a quote & advice as to condition of the chimney. We were pleased with the quote. The Scaffold was delivered & the work was quickly carried out. There was some extra work needed to re point the chimney at the same time. We are very pleased with the chimney & guttering work that was carried out. Also good to see that Apex have a good health & safety policy also.
