Ford Service Centre Preston

Took my Fiesta ST in for a safety recall, health check and 2nd year service. Fay Nickspn looked after me and was very approachable and friendly. I was given a courtesy car for my convenience at a reasonable £10. I paid online and all my documents were emailed to me, loving the technology. I was impressed that I could pay in 4 interest free instalments. Can’t fault the customer service. The car was given a wash which I didn’t expect. Fay told me my car would be safe which put my mind at ease. Thank you.

Didn't put bk the light cover on my boot door so now the safety feature doesn't work. Took light bulb outand put it somewhere it now rattles in the boot door Didn't do a proper job of balancing aligning the wheels just used a gadget. The service from the guys are poor id rather take my car elsewhere for a proper job than give it to men who are 5 year old and need tobe told step by step what todo. And how todo their job.
