I just wanted to let you know that the cake you produced for my brithday was an absolute triumph. Without a shadow of doubt I thought it was the best cake I have ever tasted and I've tasted a few! The rainbow sponge can be rather dry, but yours was fabulous, it was so moist and full of flavour. The whole family loved it. It was really, really delicious. I know who to go to when I need a special cake! Many thanks.

The cake was beautiful and tasty,just as the Popsicles. The real stars of the day were however the cupcakes, never eaten anything so delicious,EVER!Everything was exactly as I requested, Tomtam cakes made my baby girl's one year of life's celebration absolutely perfect.
