Amazing sales experience but the worse after sale experience. Thank goodness I managed to return the car after so many back and forth, and being blamed for a fault that was clearly there when it was sold to me, and even after they said they repaired it. Thank you to Peugeot for confirming what I already suspected. I guess I wasn't as lucky as other customers to be sold, what I thought was my dream car. I wish I could amend my review on Auto trader. There was no apologies whatsoever from them. But I'm expecting an awkward/rude reply from them to this review.Update: Thank you for your reply Fleet Sales. The fact you keep saying that I drove the car to so many miles (the purpose and the reason why I bought the car) created the fault, is incorrect. The car shutdown because the Adblue system was faulty. Peugeot confirmed that fact, even though your wiped the computer system from any information/evidence. Point blank. Not because I drove it. If the system is faulty the car will shut down. You claimed to have repaired it. But you didn't and that is the reason why I could reject the car, even though you claimed I couldn't reject the car. You need to work on your after sales and stop bullying your customers when they aren't happy with the cars you sell them. And what's baffling you still put up the car for sale after Peugeot's report, and after a day of getting it back. Anyway, good luck to you.

We looked at and bought (for our daughter) a Range Rover Evoque. Customer service is exceptional. A couple of teething problems with the car but these were sorted out quickly and efficiently, without any fuss. Nothing seems to be too much trouble for this company. Every single person that we have dealt with has been friendly,polite, and extremely helpful and professional. We really cannot recommend them enough.We were in the motor trade for many years and couldn't believe the level of customer care!Thankyou so much for making life so much easier than you had to.Would use them again without hesitation.

Rude Customer service, will not let you talk , does not like to hear honest opinions. Woman on phone just talks over you .Was promised Car delivery at Lunch time , then delayed until 2.30pm to 3pm , then was told 4pm, then driver says 5.15pm.Now it's almost dinner time and still waiting, I understand there cam be traffic but Half a Day ?Not a single apology , just a rude woman talking over you saying they did me a favour by delivering me the car today.Very amateur Car dealership with no customer service .Seems like they had a bad day and tried to take it out on me .Very unfair to me , I wasted Half a day for nothing.Will not recommend .This is my 45th Car purchase, never had such rude service fro. Rachel, Steve and their team are top drawer connoisseurs of cars and their knowledge is second to none. They’ve been helping with my cats for over 10 years. Their customer service is 6 stars.

I bought a Toyota aygo from here recently. It was a great deal for a lovely little car, the communication from the staff is great & they are very helpful - especially RachelAfter visiting many different garages & not getting good vibes, I was very happy to finally find this company.Will definitely be looking here for my second car :) thank you fleet sales!

Bought a vehicle from Fleet Sales recently. It had a small issue with the air con, but Rachel went the extra mile to get sorted. Fleet Sales booked it into my local Jaguar dealer so that I wouldn't have to travel too far and a new part is on order. Excellent customer service and I would definitely visit again when I change my car.

I am very happy with my VW golf I bought from FleetSales. Suzanne who helped me through the process of buying online, completely new to me, could not have been any better, she was patient and really helpful. I would honestly recommend them to anyone. The only downside, which I don’t believe is entirely down to them , is the free AA cover for a year only entitles you to 1 call out; in my opinion that is not a year’s free cover.

Excellent. 3 months in having tool ownership of an 5 year old passat. Car is great. All the paperwork was in order. Delivery as promised and like support was perfect. A real honest and genuine car. Very happy customer.

Cannot understand some of the negative reviews. Purchased a car from them and after around 6 months had an issue that wasn't covered by warranty. As it wasn't covered I didn't expect any help but they promptly sorted it out and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
