Wonderful classes, supportive teachers and peers. I'm a self conscious person, but the teacher, other learners and environment made me feel safe and comfortable. Wonderful community!

Highly recommended!! I took my first pole fitness lesson earlier this year and have been hooked ever since due to the amazingly positive and welcoming atmosphere at the studio. Natalie the owner is dedicated to all of her students, offering encouragement and support as well as sharing her incredible skills and knowledge. I have now tried many of the wide range of classes on offer, my daughters now attend classes too, and we just have the best fun while keeping fit and improving not only our skill set but our confidence too. I've been coming to the Studios for some time now and absolutely love it. Natalie is very friendly and so are all the other people who attend the classes.
