Greg built me my own personalised PC. He was not only efficient but he kept me up to date on how long it would take and he was very specific on how much the build would cost from the very start. Greg's very knowledgeable and has obviously been doing this a long time, given his quality of work.The PC is up and running now and I haven't had any issues! Would recommend to anyone having issues with their PC or who need someone to build them one.

As a business we have dealt with GEM for perhaps a decade now and will continue to do so for another 10 years if he'll have us!!Approachable over the phone which is invaluable in my opinion, will take the time to trouble shoot the small stuff as and when it comes along and really very good with purchase and delivery of new kit and tech when its needed.5 star service and 5 star outcomes.

This guy is an absolute joke. He wanted nearly as much money to repair my laptop, with that money I could of nearly gone out and bought a new one. He was rude, unhelpful and didn't seem that he was bothered or interested in getting any business. I expected more for the £20 call out fee rather than somebody just looking at it and tutting , after paying the call out fee I found another company and managed to get the laptop fixed for less than half of his quote.
