Lynda is amazing at what she does. She introduced me to EMDR therapy, which helped me to process deep-seated trauma and break the cycle of anxious thought patterns. Lynda is extremely compassionate and provides a non-judgemental supportive environment, which made it really easy to open up. I would highly recommend her.
