Over the years we have had various pets stay here.We are always happy with most of the staff and the our pets have always been looked after well.If your not familiar with the area then I would ask for clear directions as it can be a little cross country the style of the lane yet situated in nice surroundings.We never worry about any of our pets going to stay.

We have just collected our two Shih-tzu puppies after a five night stay, and they looked totally stress free and happy. Extra care has been given so that they have had walks on the lead together, whilst having separate kennels as Lulu was having her first season. Excellent care and excellent value for money. Thank you Animal Hotel

Best kennels around been using a long time

Vile old woman that runs this place! Disgusting attitude, wouldn't trust her with animals when she has no respect for humans!

I don't know what to rate this place, as its the first time I've ever left my dog in a kennel, the staff seemed friendly and nice but the place looked outdated/used, but there prices are really good, the access road there is a rough gravel road so be aware if you have a low car, they have an exsersize yard, but for me it looked a little small for my dog,(he likes to run) the sleeping area in my view was small and if that's a standard size, then god knows why anyone would leave there dog there for a week or more, he looked healthy and happy when I went to collect him (although he looked like he'd put a bit of weight on), so for me I don't think I'd use a kennel (not just this one, but any) again.
