I was protesting against the abhorrent toll across the bridge. I didn't go in the exhibition or offices , so thus unaware if there is an charge to see the exhibition.

On crossing at the toll, the card payment machine wasn't working on the 1st toll both that was not tag only, not just for me but for vehicles before and after. I tried three different cards, contactless and in the payment machine. As I don't carry cash the operator gave me a piece of paper on how to pay online (fair enough not his fault). On giving me the paper the operator said to me this has been happening all day and the office WONT do anything about it.On pay online these thieving c###s then charged me double for a problem which was their's and not mind.

An absolute disgrace.These people care not for local people, care not for the disruption caused daily by their incompetence.By law they can abolish the tolls and end years of suffering and cost.I wonder why they don't, corruption? Where there's money?No tolls, no queues.

Never actually stepped inside the building but used the external w.c. which was clean!The building has a lovely glass balcony overlooking the river Tamar. If a small cafe area was put here I'm sure it would be used a great deal to enjoy the views...
