Yoga with Ylva
Thank you Ylva for such a lovely evening of yoga, sea swim, fire and snacks. It was a special evening. I loved listening to the waves, and seeing the sun setting whilst you guided us gently through the yoga stretches, it felt great. I was especially surprised how much I enjoyed the evening dip in the ocean that followed. I can't wait to go again.

Ylva's classes offer yoga in invigorating outdoor settings, her influence is so calming and level of yoga to suits all abilities. I lover her imaginative approach to yoga classes as I love the outdoors. Highly recommend to everyone!

Such a lovely morning! The yoga was at a great pace - the background of natural sounds wonderful and combined with a sea swim just perfect! Ylva had a wonderful aura of calm and provided a great balance of challenge and relaxation, plus some delicious tea and cookies. Will definitely be booking another session.

Love the experience of Ylva's yoga & swim. Outdoors yoga looking out to sea, followed by a Sea swim finishing with tea & snacks - its a wonderful experience and Ylva is a fab teacher, great host and all round lovely human - xx

A completely amazing experience. Ylva is a knowledgable yoga practitioner that adapted the sessions really well for a health condition I have , I defiantly will go again next year.

I spent a beautiful sunny morning with Ylva and 5 others, doing gentle yoga outdoors in the South Downs. We then had a sauna & plunged into cold water (which I vowed not to do, but ended up doing 3 times... ;)). Everything was very well organised. It was just what I needed.

Beautifully relaxing evening. Value for money too, especially with the thought tea and snack afterwards. Ylva made the whole experience wonderful.The yoga poses where perfect to help me relax while stretching the whole of my body. Definitely will attend again

My boyfriend and I have been to a few of Ylva’s classes now, including morning yoga and sea swim at Tidemills, sunset yoga at Lewes Old Racecourse and yoga and soundbath at Newhaven Community Garden (which was my favourite experience. So relaxing after a long week at work). Ylva has such a warm and welcoming aura and always goes the extra mile to make all of her classes special, often providing homemade treats and tea. These are the perfect classes to connect with nature, your body and mind. 100% recommend!
