It’s a shame I can only give two stars as the actual drivers have been fine but the admin is terrible and loads of fluctuation on price they seem determined to over-charge you. If you take anything over half an hour through security and luggage reclaim through the airport they also whack an extra £20 waiting charge. The price I was quoted kept going up despite it being exactly the same journey so trust has gone and I’ll be looking for a new taxi firm and in the interim using Uber. A shame as I live in Brookwood and wanted to support local business.

Excellent food and service.The chef who I think is also the owner painstakingly makes every dish. Would highly recommend the blue cheese sauce and the t-bone steak!Would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the Limassol area.

I thought Brookwood Cara was a good and reliable taxi company but they must have changed taxi drivers and their customer service has been clearly affected. I have been relying on this company for over a year and everything went well till this summer but then I booked a number of trips for my family with two young kids and the drivers were often rude to them or didn't accept card payments, even though all taxi drivers have to accept cards and need to travel with a functioning card machine. I decided to write this feedback because a driver left my family in the middle of the street with two very young kids, saying that he wouldn't bring them anywhere unless they would pay cash. I complained with Brookwood Cars' management via email but they didn't get back to me for weeks. When they finally did they only sent a short apologetic message with no other explanations.
