Garage is ok, was the best place to was your car in Plymouth. Now probably the worst.Soap?? What soap.... ? And when you complain, customer is always wrong.Stated there was a problem, just told there was nothing wrong with it and no body else had complained.....brilliant

Go to this garage very often. Today was the first day I encountered a rude cashier. Very unhelpful and generally had a bad attitude. Its a shame because all the rest of the staff seem pleasant. Maybe he was having a off day?

Good little garage with a great shop stacked full of goodies , reminds me of an old fashioned corner shop . Really friendly and helpful staff . And really cheap jet wash. £2 for six minutes use . Brilliant!

Phoned to purchase something specific and was told by the assistant they had it there. Iwas annoyed to find, on arrival, they didn't! The cashier mumbled something when I questioned him, maybe more stock training would be an advantage...

Fantastic little garage, always keep fuel prices the same as esso. Friendly staff, lots of goodies at good prices. I use the jet wash every week, unlike other jet washes it's not filled with cheap detergents that give you nothing but bubbles, meaning you spend much more trying to rinse it off, only ever costs me £2.00 we need more places like this.

Visited for fuel this evening and found an issue with one of the pumps, No 6. When we tried to bring it to the cashiers attention he was very abrupt and rude and told my husband to complain to the council. It wasn’t a complaint just bringing the issue to his attention. As we live just down the road this was our usual petrol station but we will be using the Esso from now on. Obviously he’s had a bad day but no need to be rude. Very disappointed.
