Popped in to buy a picture frame. Was able to find the correct size I needed due to the large amount of stock in the store. Easy to move around the store an find the item I wanted. Took a while to get through the tills as long queue, some self service tills for quick purchases would be a welcome addition. Store staff friendly and helpful.

Nothing is ever priced, I cannot be bothered going in any more as I end up wasting my time, If staff are too lazy to do most basic of jobs then I cannot but bothered to buy their stuff.

They sell very nice stuff. Need a lot of time so roam around. They have lots of Christmas decorations. They had a long que while entering. Had very interesting items. Wish I would buy these beautiful penguins n take with me to Sweden.

Since when did shelf stackers wait at the exit and ask customers 'do you mind emptying your pockets out for me ? " I saw you put your hands in your pockets out of the corner of my eye suggesting I may have stolen something. The place is a dammed insult to its customers !!! This goes further."

Cheap stuff that breaks and doesn't work and then they force you take it back to branch purchased in. Personally I found the staff on that day unhelpful and not polite. I am sure company policy is to blame not individuals but I'll take my money elsewhere

Great store, variety of tools, items.You can even copy a key to an automatic locksmith, the Staff is very polite and professional. I will definitely visit again.

I visited this store today and was appalled at the customer service. They have 6 tills and only one was open despite a queue of customers. And when I finally got served, apart from telling me the price, there was no interaction at the till. I was handed the receipt without even acknowledging I was there. Is this what retail has become?
