Brilliant company to work for, great staff and brilliant ownership and a very well run company, managers are very accommodating and always try and help and be flexible and understanding of your personal life. Owners are on bored and always available to help out managers and staff and never hide from or ignore issues. It’s a very rewarding job and the individuals you support are great and you will enjoy spending time with them. Good pay, paid breaks, and long term service bonus. Brilliant job to have:)

Absolute disgrace of a company. The owners, particularly Janine is just down right rude. I would never ever recommend anyone to work here ever

Unprofessional, disorganised. Appalling management. Inform staff of shifts less then 12 hours notice. Let staff know less than an hour before shift they're overstaffed so they aren't needed. No sick pay. Change who supporting with no notice. Absolute shambles. 75% of staff want to leave and are looking for different roles. Yet they are opening more places.....get a proper management structure, organised rotas and people who care for the users. Shambles in its current state.

Don't bother asking for care times to be changed. My bedbound mum has her first 3 calls within the space of six hours. She is left from 8.30 pm until her morning call at 10.30 am, a full fourteen hours. This is unacceptable. Six times I have rung to sort this. Promises, promises. Formal complaint is now the way forward. They don't date check food either. Goodness knows what happens to people with no family. Check dishes too, they seem fond of washing up in cold water. It annoys me my mum likes the team, if only she knew.

Staff are brilliant. Owner I think is only interested in the money. Can't repair their properties, took 2 years to fix a leaking shower. That's 1 incident. Not acceptable for disabled and vulnerable people.
