A genuine record shop, from back in the day.There is not a Reggae tune that this place doesn't have.Proper Ting.Been in the same location for decades.... Standing firm... Representing the Black community of Ladbroke Grove... Definitely worth a visit.

Visited this place and even before you enter you could smell the strong stench of weed emitting from the premise. Even worse upon entering, almost couldn't breathe !

First of all prices are very high!! Then, I arrived around 6pm, the shop was empty and an old man that in the beginning was great and friendly around 7pm start to goes crazy..He starts to tell me that was late (on the website the shop close at 8pm!) even if I was interesting in buying other vinys he continued to tell that he has to serve other people but in the shop there was only an old girl that the only reason to be there was to tell him that her daughter was on a cd picture. I'm sorry but to go there I had a lot of miles under the rain and this is a good treatment for you!? Come on guys be serious with client that want to give you money!!

All I can say is people's sound records is a great store . It has alot of good music if you like reggae music and rare albums . The staff are very friendly and helpful . I would definitely recommend this store .

Great selection of tunes hides in here. Very cosy shop, huge collection of vinyls to choose from for a easy listener or a selecta looking for some fresh beats. Surely be back soon for more!
