I've been here for 2 MOTs + services and a cambelt replacement and I'm very happy with the quality of the work and the staff are all very helpful, drop the car off and collect once done. Good price, easy to book in and they are happy to answer any questions you may have. Will be coming back again for next year's MOT and service.

My family have been using Crowborough Coachworks for a good number of years with a variety of vehicles, after trying various other garages. We are all very happy with the service we get from them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The staff are very knowledgeable and Tony who is on reception is extremely helpful and polite.Wouldn’t go anywhere else now

Absolutely faultless service by Tony & his staff. Needed tyres & MOT. They ordered the tyres for next day, fitted them, did MOT test, sorted minor problems. Wots not to like?

I have my car regularly serviced by Crowborough Coachworks. However, my husband who has a Volvo uses the main dealer in Tonbridge. Last Tuesday we started out at around 12pm in the Volvo for Pembroke Dock to catch the night ferry for Ireland and were surprised to find almost immediately that the car's suspension wasn't right (the day before the car had hit a pot hole). In a state of panic we called into Crowborough Coachworks, who straight away sprang into action and sorted it all out then and there and we were on our way again by 3.30pm much to our relief. HUGE thanks to Tony and the team.

Crowborough Coachworks are brilliant. I have used them for 7+ years on my old little polo. I get my car serviced (2x per year due to the mileage I do), mot'd and any extra bits it needs throughout the year. I do a lot of miles so am in a few times a year.. My car is now on 155,000 miles and my car is still going strong! Very polite and friendly experienced staff who do a great job :) I am a happy returning customer! I don't even live in Crowborough, I live in a local town but would much prefer to come here. 5* service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area.

My vehicle failed its MOT. At this point, the staff were very rude and asked me to leave. Suggesting I knew it was going to fail. I had no idea there was rust underneath. I will not use them again.

I will never use this place again. My BMW had an issue with the alarm that kept sounding, my electric window wouldn’t shut and the remote on my key fob would work. They had the car for a week and could not resolve the problem and said I needed to take it to a BMW specialist and charged me £225.00 for disconnecting the alarm and manually shutting the window.My son who has just qualified as a class 3 mechanic but unfortunately lives up in Wiltshire, so not close. Took the car to the garage where he works and it took him less than an hour to find it was fuse 10, something to do with the GM5 module? Use with great caution.
