Been to Munchies after a very long time. The food definitely has improved and tastes excellent. They still have fantastic staff and Service as before. Still great value compare to others.

Love the food from Munchies. We always collect and the staff are super friendly and always go the extra mile. I love the chicken wings which are known in Worcester to be the best.

Double chicken platter is our go to every time! Just make sure you call to order otherwise it might be a bit of a wait as they don’t precook loads like some places do

Sadly. I've ordered from here a few times. I've been very impressed with the price, food. Delivery. Everything actually. Up until today.There was a fly inside my meal. Inside the cheese sauce of my smashed beef. See photos.This clearly wasn't checked before been sent out to me.Spoke to the person in charge today. Who said 'contact just eat' and a dead apology. Clearly someone doesn't understand the situation. Or the fact flies carry disease.Rule one of food hygiene safety. I will be contacting the relevant personal regarding this matter alongside just eat for a full refund. As everything has gone in the bin. You don't deserve your 5* hygiene rating.I won't be ordering from you again. Period.

They’re extremely stingy with fries and their chicken is way too salty. their prices are way too high for their own good.
