I have had a brilliant experience working with the Intreface team to set up and support or Bitrix24 CRM. The training and support offered by Ben, Andy and the team has been perfect.

We have signed up with Interface for Bitrix24 support about 7 months ago. We are very happy with the service, they helped us with the initial system setup and are always on hand when we need technical assistance or implement new functions into our workflow. Andy is a top bloke, not only assisting with technical matters but have also suggested and set up a quite complex lead warming process in the CRM section.

We deployed Bitrix through Intreface in 2021 to bring our marketing and sales activities onto a modern platform and support our growing commercial activities. Having worked previously in businesses with CRM solutions I was very aware of the benefits, and Bitrix provided a cost effective entry into using CRM for our business as it grows.Intreface made the deployment of the solution simple and effective with very good support from the technical team. As with all systems, we have grown in into it and both the support provided as part of our subscription, and additional paid for projects have been well supported by Intreface. I appreciated that the system was relatively new, and the support teams transparency about this and willingness to work to find a solution to help us was appreciated.Since deployment, it has been obvious that we are only using a fraction of the systems capability and we are going to grow into using it further over time. The ability to self help and customise easily as an administrator is a benefit both in terms of ‘on the job problem solving’ and keeping costs under control.

The team at Intreface are without doubt, one of the best teams I have worked with. They know their product inside and out and have amazing developers with the skills to ensure the best return on investment. The project managers are efficient and available when needed. Would recommend, and would 100% use again!

Working with the team at Intreface has been a great experience for us. We found other web based databases to limiting for our needs. They designed major customizations that will make our jobs and client communications much simpler. The communication and planning are the best part. Even though they are not in the U.S., this has not limited our ability to communicate and plan. We look forward to continue to use them for customizations and fresh ideas, that will help our staff and clients have the best working experience with our firm.

We purchased the on-premise version of Bitrix24 in 2018. We upgraded our license a few times and now we are on enterprise 1000 user licence. We have been using Bitrix24 platform as our main communication platform since then to effectively communicate, collaborate, and share documents in our organization.Intreface has been supporting us 24/7 since the start. In almost all of the cases they have responded in less than an hour and fixed the issue right away, despite the fact that we are in Vancouver, Canada, and have noticeable time difference with London, UK. We have never felt unsupported.We look forward to work with them for many more years.
