Came in desperate as my hearing became muffled in my right ear. Sally was professional, gentle and I left relieved being able to hear again. Plan on visiting as maintenance every 6-12 months. 10/10 recommend!

Very glad I found Crystal Hearing. They offer online booking, which is very helpful. Sally the audiologist was great, she removed the wax from my ear using micro-suction. A painless procedure. Ear feels much better, no more echoing in my head. Many thanks Sally.
