Queens Medical Practice

Bunch of very rude unprofessional people. If you care for your health and want to be welcomed when you walk in to the reception, to be handled professionally and polietly. Then this is not the place for you.What I reckon is because they have quiet very high number of customers whose native language is not english, they treat all in such a manner by judging with their skin color.I will be looking somewhere else to be treated like a human.NHS should be revising their practice.

Last 6 weeks , I have phone many times on been on long ques like number 52, 43, waiting for over an hour . Each time when I'm number 1 or number 2 I get cut off. Not been able to make urgent appointments for my children. This issue in my knowledge is a deliberately negligence from this GP practice. This place has become a joke. During covid and lockdown they were okay normal , after lockdown still normal , but these last two months have been unacceptable.

The phone system has been broken for 2 weeks and they're not bothered about fixing it apparently. Can't call to make an appointment at all, disgusting and negligent. Many rude reception staff at this practice, too. The GPs are fine when you can actually get to speak to one. Really bad practice on the whole.

It take ages to answer the phone and i am calling for tow weeks to book an appointment but everday the say call back tomorrow and the stuff is not respectful.

Really rude, receptionists, always trying to diagnose you rather then let you speak to a professional doctor.

the worst surgery, i spend 30 minutes. on the phone with 111. they say go to Queens Medical Centre , when i been there. they say go to A & E. I catch taxi and went to A & E . they say they not supposed to send you here, call 111, I call 111. they again asking the same question for 30 minutes and refer me to go to Queens medical centre. I told them on the phone that they don't but she say this time I geniunely sent the referal. finally went back to Queen medical center. and she say go to A & E. and this is the time when i had my blood pressure 100 x 165. at the age of 40 years. don't know why the NHS is start to playing like this. they used to have good history. but now just wasting time and waiting for someone to die.

Worst service to patients, should be shut down

Absolutely ridiculous process of waiting on the call. The reception lady is so rude and doesn’t speak to you properly. Had to wait so long on the call and the line was closed.

I got appointment today yh then I got text about my appointment they said in text Dr is not today so need to take appointment by phn i called them then one of staff member was very rude with me she said u got appointment 9.50 why u not here i said bcz I got text msg i need to take appointment by phone she aggressively said u have appointment with another doctor and another Dr sent u text isay I got text I don't know about doctors she was not ready to listen to me then she cut the call..very bad service
