Telephoned with blocked drain , came out within half an hour. Very friendly , explained everything in detail before worked carried out. Drains all unblocked, would highly recommend.

This was the first time we had needed plumbing/drainage help since moving to this house/area and the service, from the moment I dialled the number, was quite simply faultless. Chris arrived so quickly and was absolutely brilliant throughout. He was polite, helpful and incredibly reassuring. It was the day before Christmas Eve and we needed our downstairs loo back! Chris explained everything and was more than happy to answer our many questions! He clearly enjoys his job and that made such a difference! Giles was also incredibly helpful when we called. Drain Doctor kept us thoroughly informed of the nature of the work and their timetable for it. The work, providing a new drain from a paved area adjacent to the house, was carried out very efficiently with great care and expertise. We were very pleased with their cleanliness and thoroughness and will use this company again if the need arises.

Chris came very promptly and resolved our issue and left the bathroom clean and tidy and gave us good advice. He was very understanding when he arrived and I asked him to remove his shoes as we had a new carpet laid the day before and we are still in the fussy stage (it won’t last !).Many thanks. I called Drain Doctor at 13.45pm on Friday afternoon this being my sixth effort in 5 days to get someone to help with the critical situation of a foul waste flood and drain blockage which had left me without a toilet for as many days. All previous attempts had seen the companies walk away, claiming they were unable do deal with the problem. Shortly after 3pm Drain Doctor arrived on site, recognised that it was an extremely dirty and complex job, but refused to leave me in that situation. They advised that they would probably not be able to complete the job on Friday and would have to come back on Saturday. From start to finish their service, communication, consideration and pricing was beyond absolutely outstanding. I have such respect and appreciation for these guys and recommend them without hesitation

Very professions all the way through from the office staff to the engineers arriving on site. Communication was great i.e. I raised my concern about the patio tiles being lifted and put back, it was communicated to engineers who took great care of them; the necessary paper work was sent out and follow up with phone call. Great job.

Called on Christmas Eve evening with an urgent query and the service over the phone was excellent. Booked straight in for 8am on Christmas Day.Lee provided incredible service as well as being so friendly despite being out at 8am on Christmas morning! He really went above and beyond to help us and I can't fault him at all. His efforts definitely should be widely noticed and he deserves a significant amount of praise.
