These guys were brilliant. They kept us informed all way through the project, v professional and knowledgeable, really hard working guys. Our drive doesnt have a single puddle or dip and the colour they recommended is perfect. They also relaid our garden patio reusing the existing slabs and it looks so much better. Stuck to the quote and timings.

Very pleased with our driveway and the service received from Tom and his team. Good communication throughout and the costs were clear. We had a small issue at the end but it was dealt with quickly.

Tom and his team were fantastic. He talked us through what our options were, and his process of how he does it. His brochure is great and really showed his work off well. We felt confident with him from the start. His team are so polite, friendly, and hard working. The end result is brilliant. It’s changed the whole front of our house, and Tom has a strong eye for detail. The finishing touches and keenness to ensure each aspect is completed to a high standard really makes it. The price was great, and overall we’re so pleased with the product and our decision to use Tom. Would certainly recommend him for anyone else to use, and will be using him again in the future for other work needed.

Tom and his team were excellent. Tom responded to my enquiry promptly and offered a very competitive quote. The team started and completed the project on time despite the poor weather. They, especially Warren, were very polite and friendly. During the period, Tom kept close communication, reported the progress and explained the next steps. The end result was a beautiful and high quality driveway and backyard. We are very happy with these. Would not hesitate to recommend Tom.

Did not turn up for appointment. Disappointing result, I expected a good outcome as other feedback seems so positive.***Furthermore to your reply, that is not what you said. You said Alfie was meant to come out and that you would phone him. That shows that you did not know or realised that he failed to turn up. Surely you must have known about the 'emergency' when I phoned you. I would have understood. I waited nearly 2 hours before I phoned. I phoned a 01621 number which is a landline. If you were out on an emergency (as you said) how did you answer the landline? Just saying.....Your company could have picked up a phone and informed me. I did not speak abrubtly, all I said was don't bother anymore. I will use another company. Yes, it is unprecedented times, that is why people should value their potential customers. I did not get that from you. This is a fairly big job as well.***Thanks and good luck with your company.

Tom & his team really are the dream team! Tom is so experienced and professional, he listened to our requirements, our ideas & respected our budget. The price we were quoted was the price we paid, there were no surprises. The works they carried out was a huge undertaking, Tom estimated 4 weeks, I was really impressed at the painstaking amount of effort which went into digging down, removing earth, leveling & then rebuilding of the levels. Tom is an absolute perfectionist, he & his guys work incredibly hard, in all weathers, there are no days where they do not arrive because its raining! Each day, at the beginning & end, Tom would give us a run down of what was going to happen that day, what had been done, & any issues were brought to our attention immediately, & usually with a solution already in motion. I cannot fault any aspect of their work or service. They were all very polite & left my property tidy each day. We spent a scary amount of money, but we are so glad we spent it here, there was never a moment where I felt I had to second guess Tom, or check up on him or be looking over his shoulder, in short, although there was a lot of upheaval & a lot of mud, for a short time, we look out of our windows every morning & cannot believe it is our garden! TT Contractors you made our dreams come true! Thank you!

Very happy with our new driveway. Tom was really helpful throughout quotation stage and explained step by step how he would go about the installation. His team and him worked very hard and did a great job. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with our new drive . Properly done with all the the layers of makeup. Lot of care taken in ensuring levels are right. Cleaned up very well after themselves.
