As a tenant I think they are fantastic. Very understanding, knowledgable, really helpful and generally, a great team of people.

Had 3 weeks of knowing we were moving into the rented property. Paid deposit and were all ready to move to be told 3 days before that the landlord has changed there mind and we will be given 2 months notice the minute we get the keys.Very short notice and left us up a creek. We decided not to move in and had to make arrangements and very short notice. Keeping in mind they told us close of business Thursday and we were due to move in Monday giving us 1 business day to make arrangements.This was at the end of July. And the property is now back up for renting at the same price and available immediately. It now feels very personal that we were told we would be given 2 months notice.The company needs better communication and not allow tenants to pay deposit and be ready to move in 3 days time if the landlord is going to change there mind.We ended up very much out of pocket for this situation to then see the property back on the market.The most recent property for £850 a month in Penicuik near Penicuik High school as of September be wary you might get left homeless last minute for no reason given.Very unsatisfied customer. Not worth the risk or cost.If google allowed less than 1 star as an option I would.

I can highly recommend this company to any prospective landlord.They really care about their clients and can be relied upon to manage properties to a standard that gives landlords confidence and peace of mind regarding their property.Their service is bespoke and personal and can be tailored to suit individual needs. In the 5 years I have been with them the amount of assistance I have had throughout this time has been incredible.From day one I have felt like I have been treated as a friend not a client.
