Very helpful team who talked me through options available and showed me the unit sizes. Storage unit is well run, easily accessible and clean and tidy. Would recommend.

The storage space is good but I had a very disappointing experience with the service.They charged us a fee of ~£15 for not sending two weeks’ advance notice. Even though we already made it clear two months in advance till which date we’ll need the space in the initial email, we paid for the charge without questioning, just because we did say we’ll confirm the date again but we did not.We used the space for 6 weeks, paid for 8 weeks’ fees but now they refused to refund us the unused storage charges. They said it's because we didn't give the 14 days notice, so we are not eligible for the refund which is ~£66.Considering we already paid for not sending advance notice, I would say it’s shameful that they use the same reason to keep more money.They also did confusing things on the quote, e.g. sent us one quote but then charged us with another slightly more expensive one, only corrected it after I asked for multiple times…

staff very friendly, helpful and business-likeI don't like the presentation of rental as a 4 weekly total as was expecting a proper monthly account, and equally the addition of insurance based on weekly amounts. These appear to be an effort to disguise the relatively high level of rental.

Amazing customer service and they were very fast. Mo helped my partner and I and within minutes we were in our storage room. He was extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you, will not hesitate to come here again if I'm ever in need of a storage place.

Staff are pretty good and welcoming, units are of a good size, the price is the best out of all the storage companies available, consistent and fair. I would recommend to anyone who wants long-term storage. All I would say is that longer open hours would be appreciated.

This location lacks DHL services. Upon entering, I was met by two employees who seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Instead of assisting with inquiries, they directed me to the website, indicating they weren't knowledgeable. Their posture and demeanor were unprofessional, and they engaged in personal conversations, disregarding my presence. I was handed a paper with a QR code without any clear instructions or courtesy. I had a better experience at another service point where the situation was explained properly.

Imran was very helpful, gave us a quote in a timely manner, made sure we knew what ID was required for rental, showing us to the unit and telling us how and when to access. He was also clearly paying attention to who was accessing the storage at all times, and phoned us when he thought we had left without returning the access dongle, which was very helpful and considerate. Altogether, good service - thanks Imran!
