Alison and her team have done such a fantastic job of our sons memorial. Alison has been so kind, patient and understanding throughout the whole process.We was in a very different situation when we had made the heart breaking decision to move our son to a new grave. We already had his preexisting headstone with another company but for several reasons felt they could help us no longer.Alison and her team offered support and guidance. She supported us is gaining permission from the council in placing a memorial outside of there normal allowances. She was supportive and understanding. They collected our sons preexisting headstone from else where and put love and time into restoring it to its original state.His new kerbset matches fantastic. Its incredibly well made and sits perfectly in line with his original headstone. My fear was they would look 2 separate pieces. But they definitely don't.We have now planned 2 funerals and planned memorials on 2 separate occasions for our one son. The support of Autumn Memorials and the quality put into the work. Has by far been of the highest level than anyone else in those last 14 years.Thank you so much. I would never hesitate in recommending this company to anyone in the future.

Amazing customer service, very professional and helpful. Standard of workmanship was excellent. The completion time promised was delivered. A family friend had a funeral with a big corporate company who has retail outlets (I don't have to say the name) and the funeral took place in January 2017 and they are still waiting for their headstone!!I would recommend Autumn Memorials as they are very reasonably priced and offer home appointments at their customers convenience. Everyone in the family are over the moon with the headstone, excellent job.
