If there was an option to give no stars then that would be the option I would choose. This company is atrocious and I wouldn't recommend to any families. For a start if you try and find out who runs this company and owns it they refuse to tell you unless you push and push which is not okay. The people who work in their support buildings are treated badly and paid badly therefore the people they look after I treated badly too and end up with extreme mental health issues due to the lack of care this company gives to their clients. We had confidentiality broken with them and replies we got to the report was so wishy washy it was like they didn't care. Now having to deal with the aftermath of the trauma they caused.
