What does it take to actually get them to deliver and install items you've paid for 3 months ago? Very disappointed!

I have only been apart of this company for a short time but feel very comfortable as a part of the team, the work we undergo is challenging but rewarding. I look forward to continue my career journey here. Furthermore, there’s a dog in the office which is cool.

The service of Elite is at a good level. Our manager James is always in touch, we have already worked with him, expert assistance on all issues, and the manager also throws off drawings for approval. Delivery was on time. Recommended

Elite Metal Group is really the company that every construction group and contractor needs to get in touch whenever they are facing a metal work in their project. specially in terms of staircases and sheet metals.highly recommend them for their punctuality and quality of projects already done by them.

I recently used Elite metal craft and found there levels of service shocking, apart from delivering the balustrade 8 weeks late after promising that it would only take 2/3 weeks to manufacturer they cancelled the job on the morning of installation with nobody to ask a question why. Every week it would be another excuse, staff not well, staff away on holiday, the manufacturing process is taking long etc etc etc.This is after we had paid £3.5k + VAT for a CAD drawing so the balustrade would be made away from site as the flat was completed and to my surprise it way being assembled on site. I questioned whether the CAD drawing had been instructed!!I used EMC as I thought it was a local company who would look after other local companies but to my disappointment they failed miserably. USE SOMEONE ELSE.
