10/10 booked off Airbnb.... they were wonderful, and the owner was super sweet and very helpful!! Private parking is always a blessing!! Bathroom and shower were gorgeous!!

My husband and I stayed here for a long duration and we loved Sarah's hospitality and services. She's an excellent host and a wonderful person. All rooms in PCA seem to be well equipped for self-catering, no matter how long or short a stay is.The room we stayed in (#3) had a lot of natural light, abundance of fresh air and a beautiful green view. There are washing machines and dryer available in the common area for your personal use, along with lots of helpful tourism related pamphlets in the lobby, with a lift to save you some trouble getting your luggage up to your room. Wi-fi services were seamless. Furnitures were sufficient for 2 people to share a room. Bedding and linens, everything was in good shape and its location is the second best thing about PCA, the host being the first <3There was some renovation/beautification going on at the front of the property but that didn't cause any inconvenience to the guests. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in Perth.

Excellent apartment with comfortable bed and fab shower ,well within walking distance of town centre , the lift was right by our front door yet we never heard it , only issue we had was the building work at front door {we stayed in July} which curtailed the parking spaces
