I rented with UAP, Paul and Margaret, for a year and it was an excellent choice. I contacted them from Germany and was able to rent an apartment without any problems. When I arrived in Belfast, they handed me the keys and introduced me to my apartment, answering all my questions.They are extremely friendly and professional letting agents who do everything to make you feel comfortable. I recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a great renting experience in Belfast.

I rented from Paul and Margaret for over 6 years. They are the best landlords I've ever had in Belfast. The gas was checked annually and anything that needed attention was sorted quickly. Communications and safety advice was sent when needed. Highly recommended.

I have dealt with many letting agencies in the past, but this one is one of the best ones when it comes to taking care of their tenants.There is a reason why you won't see any negative reviews on this letting agency. Paul and Margaret are one of the most genuine and lovely people, who are always ready to help whatever issue you may be having with your accommodation. I rented from Paul and Margaret for my first time living out and after hearing such negative stories of student landlords I was happy and reassured from the beginning that I was going to be taking care of! They were so attentive and understanding with any issues we had and always made us feel safe and comfortable about finance, maintenance and any other problems!

Paul and Margaret are first class estate agents. We could not have asked for a better experience this year.All of their properties are finished to the highest standard and any issue is fixed immediately with no hesitation. They are never difficult to get in contact with and any issues are generally fixed the next working day. Nothing is an inconvenience and they really care about the safety and well being of all their tenants. They treat student tenants with respect which is a rare thing to experience from a student estate agent in Belfast! Margaret & Paul are fantastic letting agents who clearly care about the welfare of the tenants they work with. I've been with them for three years and they have been more than fair about things like rent and deposits. They've gone out of their way on multiple occasions to solve issues for my flatmates & me, even out of office hours. Margaret once drove us a mini fridge to our flat at 9pm because our fridge freezer broke & she didn't want our food to go bad!University Area Properties is the only letting agency that I would confidently recommend to students in Belfast. Absolute stars!

I rented with UAP, Paul and Margaret, last year as part of a flat share and have recently just signed for another year in a 1 bedroom apartment. I've had nothing but a positive experience during my rentals so far. They are both very helpful and have been accommodating for all living circumstances. Flats are kept in good condition with cleaning services and painting done before the start of tenancy's, where necessary. Always at the other end of an email or phone call, willing to support their tenants in whatever way they can!

Rented my first house through Paul and Margaret for the past two years and just left recently.Great agency who always dealt with any concerns me or housemates had within very good time.Never any issues with anything like dodgy letting fees or getting our deposit back in a fair way, everything was straight forward from start to finish, couldn’t recommend them more.
