iv noticed the people that leave feedback are not on face book odd,i thought they had to be on face book, and how lucky they was getting the repairs done within a day, you must have paid for it, i no many that get nothing done, and i intended to make a forum, be 2 to 3 weeks, please dont remove my words of again,first how many people get help on broken items in your home??? truth, not many, you no my, the have now 2 business, patchetts, and patchetts homes. but only the out side work force to do little jobs.one builder might be 2 joiners no labourer . one plumber, who seems to be be obsession in putting in new fires, you no why, there is no gas registration fee to pay, , so to end,patchetts has maintenance to do, but been waiting, loads,of things to do t why, they have set up a window man , one one small group of maintenance guys have all the work to do, ask??? my blogg is on air in aweek

Very underhanded tactics by this company and Roxie Broome.Paid a tenancy deposit for a property on a Friday, then on Monday sent some terms and conditions to sign, while being told if i don’t sign i loose the deposit.Failed the vetting due to a discrepancy with a check, and they refuse to refund the deposit.I’m not quite sure how you can bind someone to terms you’ve forced them to sign AFTER taking their money.Very clear it’s just a money making mill as with the usual scummy lettings agent tactics.Became immediately clear on the phone when again, ROXIE BROOME refused to discuss it any further when realising she had messed up and claims her going on annual leave and not sending the terms over is my fault.Stay away, be careful and be very weary of Roxie Broome.

From start to finish, all my dealings with Patchett Homes have been friendly and professional.Renting a property while still abroad could have been a challenge but Roxie took everything in her stride ensuring everything was ready for our arrival in the UK.During our tenancy we had a slight leak from a radiator that was dealt quickly and sorted first time.I am happy to recommend them as a great agency to rent from.Thanks Patchetts.

I rented a property through Patchett Homes for 4 years. They are helpful, friendly and professional, and quickly resolved any issues that arose. Julia and Roxie were particularly helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. If you’re looking for a property, I would recommend Patchett Homes.

Warning to landlords. Previous tenant applied for a Patchett Homes managed property, I refused to give a reference; requested through VanMildert at the instruction of Patchett Homes. My reference was not required in the end as my previous tenant got the property! wow. I even called VanMildert to say that I wanted to give a reference, but I couldn't! Clearly no value to references and source the 'best' tenant to live in your property.

Very happy with the transition to my new home. I found Roxie Broome to be very helpful and professional in every aspect. Answered any questions I had, and is also on the other end of the phone if needed.

House has been leaking in several places for over a year now. They dragged their feet to even come out and look at it. Then they dragged their feet getting it repaired" a guy came round got up a ladder for less than 20 minutes then disappeared and the leaks persisted. It's now over a year later after it was supposed to have been fixed and its still leaking and causing severe damp in nearly every room of the house. They have been out and taken pictures more times than I can count and still nothing has been done"

Moving home is always stressful. But as I was moving back from overseas, it was particularly stressful this time. Roxie and the team at Patchett Homes were amazing. Roxie supported me every step of the way. Kept me up to date, providing all important documents online. So didn't need to be in the country. Roxie took the pain, out of a very stressful time. And I can't thank her enough. Absolute superstar

The best estate agents i have ever been with my big mistake was leaving them would go back. Highly recommend and no i do not work for pattchet homes nor have i ever. I pay my rent and repairs are always done without any problems.
