Turned up late - no apology. Complained to the office and got the usual from 'that' generation when they are challenged 'I don't like your tone I am terminating the call'. Means you can never complain about anything because it upsets them. I give up. There are plenty of other company's providing this service - use them not these wee girls who need to toughen up so they can hear and act on legitimate complaints.

Extremely rude staff over the phone. They charged us and never offered the service. After many calls, they decided to cancel the job and offer a refund. AVOID!!!

They charge a little for EICR to get you a bigger quote for unnecessary remedial work they propose later. EICR failed incorrectly and Simon replied that because legislation becomes into force effect after 6 months, I must comply with it now 'anyway'. No mate, legislation has a transitional period for a reason. You cannot make someone to comply with a legislation which has not come to force yet. 18th edition Amendment 2 was also cited. The regulation also does not require RCD other than very exceptional situations , e.g. use of portable equipment outdoor.

Worst company to deal with! I have been paid for the invoice and then still missing certificates even after 3 weeks of payment. I called to request for certificate and the 3rd party call center is just back office with no knowledge of the company or work. They can only take detail and promise to call back, however noone call back. I sent email to demand for the certificates of the work done, but no clear answer was given but ask us to keep waiting. Extremely disappointed and definitely not recommend this company at all!

Getting a Fire Risk Assessment done with them is an absolute nightmare. It takes weeks to get a reply after the risk assessment is done. They dont seem to care to reply to customer emails and queries. Will cause a massive delay in getting your license. Avoid at all costs.Edit: Their free" advice which you ironically have to pay for and wait a long time would cost you dearly. Had to hire someone else and pay again for this mess. Hopefully with more bad reviews their workload would reduce so they have time to reply to emails. AVOID."
