I can’t recommend Lift Gym enough! Matt the owner is so welcoming and always on hand to help improve your gym experience or show you how to use the equipment. He clearly cares about his gym and his customers and it definitely shows in the atmosphere!

Great space to workout. Matt is a brilliant gym owner, very personable and goes out of his way to make sure all his members feel like individuals, rather than just a number. Always open to feedback and looking to improve the gym in any way he can. Couldn't recommend enough.
