Recently, large amounts of condensation was starting to appear on the bedroom windows of my house, which led to small amounts of mould developing around the windows and in 2 wardrobes. Gerard came out to the house as scheduled, and completed a thorough review of the house. He explained the issues, provided solutions, and there was no fee or pressure to buy the company's products or services. Gerard arrived today to install the dehumidifier system in the attic, and completed some other small jobs for me. Gerard is very professional, pleasant, has a can do attitude and cleaned up after all the work was cqrried out. I highly recommend this company if you have anycondensation/mould issues, as it will only lead to bigger problems.

Gerry was out the day after I rang to assess a condensation and mould issue with our house. Explained everything to us and went ahead with the job a week later. Issue is sorted and Gerry has been in touch several times to follow up. Friendly, excellent service.

First contacted Gerard on 13th of March. He advised he would contact me back to make appointment. I had to text and ring a few times, no answer. 10 days later, he text to say he was off due to family bereavement. I sent condolences. 2 weeks later, I text and called. No answer. Called again a week later, he said to call him again in 2 weeks as he was busy. Called in 2 weeks as he requested. Finally got another appointment. On the day of the appointment, Gerard text to say he couldn’t get out to me. I text back to ask when he could come out. No answer. Text again the next day and I was told he won’t be able and I should look for someone else! 2 months of waiting and told to go somewhere else. Very very very annoyed. I was happy to wait due to good reviews and family bereavement. But now our damp issue has worsened over 2 months and no survey even done.

Gerry had excellent communication from the beginning. He arrived promptly and assessed the damp wall problem in our 150 year old house, that others had been very reluctant to take on. Gerry produced a report with suggested work to be done and was able to start 2 days later and complete all the work to a high standard in 3 days.
