A big thank you to everyone at Pret a Vivre for my lovely Roman blinds!I have never bought curtains or blinds before so I thought it was going to like hard work; how wrong could I be?The lovely showroom team made the whole process easy; from helping me choose a fabric that worked with my paint to arranging for their fitter to not only come out to measure my windows but fit the blinds as well!Really great service from start to finish.

We were very impressed with the proficiency of the sales and fitting team at Pret a Vivre, extremely knowledgeable in terms of providing the best solution for our setup, very meticulous all throughout. Gayan, our sales advisor, was unbelievably patient and helpful, always responsive to our change of hearts, pliable to our schedule in terms of at-home measurements etc. The waiting time was slightly long (given that we had electric rails custom made for our setup) but well worth it! I would recommend them as a team very apt to take on board any special requests and very capable of delivering a high quality project.

Highly recommend Pret A Vivre - They helped us with all our new curtains in all rooms. Christina did a great job and helped with various options. You can get many different samples and the quality is great value for money. The installation was done professionally and within the agreed time. Thank you very much!!!

We had an absolute nightmare with this company. We paid upfront £60 for someone to come and measure, to find out after the fitting that they have drilled our shutters and that we couldn’t even close them. They washed their hands of any responsibility. The other curtain was 3 cm shorter and the person who fitted told us that obviously there was a mistake with the measuring but of course they haven’t replace them. After raising a complaint different times we have been ignored by the management who seems to be very arrogant. We find out as well that they have several companints filed with the Trading Standards. We definitely won’t recommend using them at all based in our experience.

Pret a Vivre is a fantastic company! My partner and I went in having no idea how to dress our rather tricky old Victorian windows, and the sliding doors in our new extension. Catia was great and talked us through step by step. The whole process was smooth from the first consultation to the final fitting. Would definitely recommend!

Prêt à Vivre did a great job helping us to choose blackout curtains for our bedroom, and then flawlessly mounted it. A few months after the installation we are very happy with the service.

Very happy with curtains and roman blinds fitted in my flat. The service was great with Gayan and Owen being helpful and polite, Gayan helped me to find exactly the fabrics I wanted and the end product looks fantastic. Would recommend.

Be prepared not to be treated nicely if you don't look like a millionaire. Skipped and bought some elsewhere and I am very happy.Update: The shop replied saying they had cheap options (again assuming I have little money to spend). The other option I got was not cheap at all and was really good quality, which is what I wanted. They can't find my quote because I was not even given 3 minutes. The person that talked to me gave me 2 minutes and wrote something quickly on a paper and turned around to attend other customers. And specifically said this to me. Assuming I was not serious but I was ready to buy them that day. Word of advice: people can still have a good job (especially in tech) and not look like millionaires!
