Went yesterday to an open day at the allotments and was delighted with the warm welcome we received on the various plots we visited. Was amazed by the variety of vegetables, fruits and flowers that were being grown. It really has inspired me to put my name down for an allotment of my own.The facilities on the site are excellent for both men and women, now looking forward to joining. See the attached photo of one of the plot's we visited.

Have held an allotment here for almost 10 years. We've worked hard to turn a jungle into a productive plot. Have seen committees come and go, some better than others!!! Now re registered into the national garden scheme, hooray, we used to love those, meeting like minded people and talking plants and produce! Next open day is this Sunday, 6th September. Tickets available on line from the website. Covid precautions in place naturally.

Why are people coming out off the Allotment at 11 0 clock at night .you need to keep a eye out .l was walking pass and l sure people coming out off there
