We recently purchased a property via bridging finance which we then converted onto a BTL mortgage after refurbishing. Kirsten was outstanding, guiding us through the process from the initial bridge right through to completion on the mortgage. Kirsten was also able to recommend us our solicitor, EPC assessor and insurance. This was our first property project and Kirsten worked hard to make it as easy as possible for us.
